One of the great things about my work in employee benefits and share schemes is the opportunity it gives me to really get under the skin of my clients’ businesses. I’m people and results focussed, two qualities necessary to create incentive schemes that encourage employees to grow the businesses they work in.

I advise a broad spectrum of businesses from high growth start-ups through to multinational organisations. The one thing they have in common is that people are their greatest asset. They need the highest quality effective reward strategies to recruit, retain and motivate them.

I qualified as a lawyer in 1995 and have worked in this business ever since, including as a remuneration consultant at Ernst & Young for a period before I joined Osborne Clarke as a partner in 2001.

My passions are the outdoors (including my allotment), the City of Bath (where I live) and food and wine.
