I advise German and international companies on merger transactions and acquisitions and specialise in private equity and venture capital financing.

Furthermore, I advise in the field of capital market law, in particular on IPOs in the various stock market segments. Recent work has been for G-REIT stock corporations and transactions in the real estate area.

I act for investment firms and major corporations in the fields of pharma/biotech/medical devices and lifestyle products, as well as start-up companies and foreign clients in their start-ups or expansion phases in Germany.

I qualified as a German attorney (rechtsanwalt) in 2000. Before I joined Osborne Clarke in 2005, I worked for an international law firm in Munich, which was associated with one of the Big Four accounting firms. My  training was completed at Loeb & Loeb, LLP in New York. I have also qualified as a tax expert (Fachanwalt im Steuerrecht).
