I have advised on numerous domestic and cross-border outsourcing transactions (IT, telecom, business processes), including the first full service IT outsourcing of a European airport. I also advise on regulatory and contractual aspects of new technology products, media convergence projects and on other technology-related undertakings. I am also expert at data protection solutions that work in practice.

My clients cover a broad range of technology companies, mainly in regulated industries such as financial services, air traffic, telecommunications and media.

I practised as SCNE (Novell) and IBM OS/2 instructor parallel to my studies of law at the Universities of Würzburg, Bonn and Saarbrücken. I speak at IT and media law seminars for well-known seminar organisations and have published articles on regulatory aspects of telecommunications and cloud computing.

From 1999 until I joined Osborne Clarke in July 2006, I worked in the Frankfurt and London offices of Clifford Chance as part of the communications, media and technology group.
