I am a Partner in our projects team in London and specialise in renewable energy, bioenergy, waste management and energy from waste projects, including acting on the successful close of seven waste management PPP/PFI projects (acting on other projects in the bid stages). I am a member of The City of London Law Society Energy Committee, the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management Waste Regulation Steering Committee and the Anaerobic Digestion and Biogas Association Legal Committee.

In addition, I advise on the early development and structuring, bidding, closing and post-completion matters arising on PFI/PPP and other complex infrastructure projects in the defence (leading the firm’s relationship with a FTSE 250 defence company), healthcare, regeneration, education, transport and social infrastructure sectors. I have acted for sponsors, funders, investors, subcontractors and public authorities.

I joined Osborne Clarke in August 2011, having spent nine years in the projects team at Pinsent Masons in London. Prior to that I was at Clifford Chance where I qualified.
