We’ve been doing education PFI and PPP for the last 15 years, and now that the coalition government is looking at other options like the extended use of the academies model, construction frameworks and refurbishing the existing schools estate,, we are ready to adapt to the new regime.
We advise lots of secondary education establishments on estate management and rationalisation. We advise schools looking to convert to academy status. We also advise universities, independent schools and education charities on the VAT issues affecting the effective structuring of capital projects.
