We are currently acting for a new Local Investment Finance Trust (which gains private investment in infrastructure for NHS facilities) and advising on Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
Our advice includes structuring and negotiation of transactions, asset management and (working closely with our property tax and corporate specialists) advice for individuals and groups of investors on the most tax-efficient investment schemes available.
