Osborne Clarke’s Financial Technology team advises on Coalition sale

Osborne Clarke has advised the founders of Coalition Development Limited (Coalition), a leading analytics and business intelligence provider to the global financial services industry, on Coalition's sale to a subsidiary of CRISIL, an Indian-based subsidiary of Standard & Poor's.

Coalition will become part of CRISIL’s Global Research & Analytics (GR&A) business and boost its service offerings and diversify its client base.
