Osborne Clarke strengthens German tax team with partner hire

Osborne Clarke has strengthened its Cologne based Tax team with the hire of partner Dr Jens Kleinert from Dewey & LeBoeuf. Jens, who is also a certified Tax lawyer, has been a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf since 2006 and previously worked with KPMG.

Jens will develop Osborne Clarke's structured products expertise. He has in-depth expertise in the structuring of financial products as well as advising on fund formation, corporate tax structuring and cross-border tax solutions.

Ralf Schlößer, Head of Tax at Osborne Clarke Germany, said:
