John advises banks, venture capitalists and borrowers on a full range of financing transactions.

With particular experience of property finance deals and project and other limited recourse financings, John has also worked on a number of domestic and cross-border structured finance transactions such as leveraged acquisitions (public to private, MBOs, MBIs), as well as trade finance and treasury products. 

John qualified with Norton Rose in 1992 (working in their Bahrain Office from 1996-7). He joined Osborne Clarke in 1998, and became a partner in 2002.
