Frédéric primarily specialised in commercial contracts where he is still active. He has developed since 1993 a practice in new technologies, computer, and media law, including licensing arrangements, large integration transactions, outsourcing contracts, encryption and data protection issues, telecom regulatory issues and e-commerce contracts. Frédéric has a strong experience in cross-border transactions.

Frédéric is admitted to plead before the French courts.

The activity of the team also covers the biotechnology and the IP rights protection areas.

After five years spent at the Paris office of Coudert Brothers, Frédéric joined Stehlin & Associés in 1993 where he became a partner in 1998.
