Eva specializes in labour law, industrial relations and pensions.  She has considerable experience in business downsizings, redundancies, dismissals, collective bargaining, labour implications in company takeovers and spin-offs, senior executive appointments and dismissals, occupational pension schemes, labour audits, and legally defending companies in all kinds of labour disputes.  

Eva has published articles in various major Spanish newspapers and is co-author of articles in specialized journals and joint publications.

She joined Osborne Clarke in 2009, having previously worked at BDO and Cuatrecasas.

Eva graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad de Barcelona, 1993 and a Postgraduate in Tax Consultancy and Management, ESADE, 1995.

Eva is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
