
Christine advises on all employment issues, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, TUPE, contractual matters and all aspects
of discrimination.
Christine also provides employment advice in relation to corporate transactions and has worked on numerous acquisitions of
companies, generally acting for purchasers in relation to both asset and shares sales or UK venture capitalists in relation
to investments.
Christine graduated with a degree in modern languages in 1985 and with a law degree in 1998. She joined Osborne Clarke in
1999 as a trainee and qualified as a solicitor in 2001.
