
Paul advises trustees and employers on all aspects of pensions law, including: scheme establishment, merger, winding up, compliance issues and drafting scheme documentation. He also advises on the pensions aspects of acquisitions and disposals and a number of life companies, consultants, trustees and employers on contentious or potentially contentious pensions related matters, including how best to resolve disputes before they become litigious.
Paul trained with McKenna & Co (now Cameron McKenna) in London, before joining Osborne Clarke in 1993 on qualification. He became a partner in 1999. He is also a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and serves on its international sub-committee. Paul is also a member of NAPF's South Western regional committee.
