Victoria has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law. Her particular areas of interest are in the transport, investment banking and financial services sectors and IT/telecoms/ media.

Victoria undertakes both contentious and non-contentious employment law. A significant amount of her work involves restructuring programmes and executive terminations. Victoria works closely with HR departments, regularly providing training and seminars.

Victoria qualified in September 1994.
