Caroline is an associate in the pensions team and advises on all aspects of pensions law. Her recent experience includes advising on the merger of three schemes into one and negotiating a pension buy-in with Norwich Union
She is the training and know-how lawyer for Osborne Clarke's pensions practice. She aims to maximise the efficiency of the team by capturing and disseminating the wealth of know-how generated by the lawyers through our automated know-how database and other know-how sharing initiatives. She organises a comprehensive training programme for the lawyers within the team and clients, prepares precedent documents and provides regular updates (for the lawyers and their clients) on matters of interest in pensions law.
Caroline qualified as a solicitor in September 2001 at Macfarlanes in London, specialising in employment and pensions, and joined Osborne Clarke in February 2005.
