
Leanne has had a wide range of experience including contentious, non contentious and corporate support work. She has had particular experience in dealing with a range of day to day workplace issues including managing long term absence, disciplinary and dismissal issues, redundancy and maternity/paternity entitlement.
Leanne also has experience in defending tribunal claims, negotiating severance agreements and drafting service agreements.
Her recent work has included defending a disability discrimination Employment Tribunal claim and advising on the implications of TUPE.
Leanne joined Osborne Clarke in 2001 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in 2003 into the employment team.
