
Lloyd joined Osborne Clarke in October 2000 upon qualification and became an associate in 2004. He acts for a wide range of clients, from start-ups and local businesses to multinationals, on both day-to-day workplace issues and on more long-term, strategic matters.
He advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment and HR issues including employment tribunal claims, handling dismissals, outsourcing issues and TUPE, restructurings and collective redundancies, service agreements and contracts of employments, senior executive disputes and employee data protection matters.
Having enjoyed secondments to the in-house legal teams of Xerox and BG Group, Lloyd appreciates the importance of providing pragmatic, timely and commercial advice to his clients.
