
Helen has considerable experience in advising on all aspects of employment law, with particular expertise in the field of mergers and acquisitions and business transfers. She regularly conducts employment tribunal litigation on behalf of a wide range of clients and has further expertise in senior executive appointments and terminations, flexible working, parental rights, performance and sickness management and contractual issues.
Helen is regularly involved in presenting client seminars and workshops. She has also recently successfully defended one of her key clients against allegations of race discrimination and constructive unfair dismissal and advised another client in relation to a complex change of control provision.
Helen joined the employment practice group as a solicitor in September 1998, having completed her training with Osborne Clarke.
