Andreas is head of the Employment Department in Cologne. He is a qualified expert in employment law, specialising in redundancies, contracts, litigation, pensions and employee benefits. Andreas also has sound experience in telecommunications and e-commerce law, which not only includes regulatory work, but also the drafting of telecommunications contracts.

Among his clients are several high-scale domestic and foreign companies. He has also acted for a major player in the telecommunications arena in major cases on consumer protection issues.

He is a co-author of a large commentary on the German labour constitution act and has also published many articles relating to telecommunications and e commerce contracts. Andreas qualified in 1995 and was a Partner at Graf von Westphalen Fritze & Modest before joining Osborne Clarke in August 2001.
