Having worked at various law firms, dealing for the most part with litigation-based aspects of employment relationships and accumulating valid experience, Nicola now specialises in contract work, problems related to demotion (professional downgrading), and alterations to assigned tasks, mobbing, and executive and top management contracts.

Nicola has also created a niche area of specialisation relating to cooperatives as a form of supplying labour to the market.

Although the majority of his time is dedicated to contract work he still maintains an active practice in litigation matters and appears regularly before employment tribunals.

Nicola qualified in 1998 and joined SLA in 2002.
