Marco specialises in company and commercial law and M&A work.

As a result of his previous extensive experience in the field of employment law, and particularly its contractual aspects, Marco’s practice now tends to centre on the employment aspects of corporate and acquisition work.

His specialist niche area is that of group redundancies, the ‘mobility’ regime, and labour law aspects of commercial transactions and in particular the complex transfer of undertaking regulations.

Marco qualified in 1998 and joined SLA in 2001.
