Sonja Riedemann LL.M. (LSE) is member of the Employment department and provides legal guidance to national and international
companies on collective and individual employment and labour law issues. Furthermore, Sonja has special expertise in Corporate
Governance. She advised an international telecommunications group on compliance with legal regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act,
German Corporate Governance Code, and on design of internal Corporate Governance processes.
Sonja qualified in 2004 and had been working with renowned law firms in Düsseldorf, Germany and London. Sonja joined the Osborne
Clarke Team in April 2006.
Sonja publishes and regularly lectures on employment and labour law issues.
