Jonathan's expertise lies in construction and engineering law. He has wide experience of acting for employers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants. Jonathan has a particular interest in acting for energy and infrastructure clients as well as on large domestic mixed use and residential projects.

Recent matters that Jonathan has acted on included acting for a number of utility and energy companies on power projects, biomass and network disputes. Jonathan has also acted for a developer on a 30 acre city centre regeneration project in Salford.

Jonathan joined Osborne Clarke in May 2000 as a partner in the litigation department construction practice. He is a member of the Society of Construction Law and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Jonathan is also a member the Adjudication Society, TeSCA and the Institute of Asset Management.
