Nadine is head of Osborne Clarke's Property practice group.

Nadine has particular experience in the property finance and securitisation side of the investment market and acts for Close Investments Limited and Consensus Business Group. 

Recent work includes leading teams advising on the sale of the Capital Appreciation Trust for Close Investments, the acquisition of the Peverel Group for Consensus Business Group and the relocation of Eurostar from Waterloo to St Pancras International.

Nadine trained at David Elton and Wineman, qualifying in 1984. She moved to Nicholson Graham & Jones in 1988, becoming a partner in 1989. Nadine joined Osborne Clarke's property team in March 1999.
