Matt is a specialist in property management. Matt advises on the property management aspects of residential and commercial property disposals.

Matt acts primarily for residential developers but also has expertise in ground rent portfolio acquisition and disposals, residents' management company handovers, exercise of the tenant's rights to manage and to enfranchise a long lease, and plot sales site set up.
