Carol heads the succession team and deals with the administration of a wide range of deceased estates of high net worth individuals, with issues including landed estates, business and agricultural property relief, Lloyds Underwriters and foreign elements.

She has over 20 years experience of private client work including probate, personal tax compliance, trust administration, taxation of offshore trusts and their beneficiaries and personal tax planning.  Carol joined Osborne Clarke in 2002 from KPMG in Bristol where she was responsible for the trust and estate team.

Carol is a certified accountant, a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.  She is Secretary of the Bristol branch of STEP and is actively involved on committee matters.
