
Mark specialises in private client and charity law. He has extensive expertise in providing advice on wills, trusts, tax and
general private client work. As well as acting for individual clients, Mark also acts for a number of institutional clients
including Coutts, Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest Private Banking.
Recently Mark has been leading a team dealing with the estate of the late Lord Wraxall, which involved a sale of the mansion,
Tyntesfield, to the National Trust.
Mark is mentioned in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners directories as a leading advisor in the field of charities. Clients
have included Macmillan Cancer Relief and The Shaw Trust.
Mark joined Osborne Clarke in 1999 from Beachcroft Wansbroughs in Bristol. He trained with Freshfields in London and also
spent a year at the Charity Commission in London before moving to Bristol.
