Outsourcing and Strategic Sourcing

We have more than 30 specialist lawyers who advise on outsourcing and strategic sourcing, working with companies to ensure efficiencies and innovations to enhance their business. That’s a big team.

Our experts advise on outsourcing and offshoring, one-off and framework procurements and collaborative sourcing. We give commercial advice that helps get these things done efficiently, playing by the rules.

We bring sector knowledge and insights that really add value. From market trends in specific industries, to latest developments in best practice, we can make sure you get the best deal.

A number of us have a background in PFI and PPP projects, and can bring that expertise into play when advising on the new wave of public sector outsourcings. Our knowledge is broad and deep.

We don’t just advise customers either. We work with major providers like Patni, a world leader in IT outsourcing, and MITIE, the facilities management and property services group. That means we can see these things from all sides. And it means we know how to go about structuring high value procurement projects in a way that works for everybody.

We know about sourcing because we do it every day, and we’ve been doing it for years. For a major procurement exercise, there’s no one better to have on your side.

Here are some recent highlights from our strategic sourcing group.
